Banner has provided construction observation services for the South Dakota Department of Game, Fish and Parks on projects throughout the state. These services provide the owner with on-site representation to ensure the project is built according to the plans and specifications. While providing these services, we address contractor questions and coordinate with the owner to ensure construction meets the budget and schedule.  We also coordinate testing, verify quantities and pay requests, complete project documentation, conduct final inspection and complete project closeout.
