Engineering a Better Community
Banner’s Approach During These Times | People Focused - Always
As our world goes through uncharted territory with the influx and spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), Banner is actively implementing our response to this situation. We are carefully monitoring the rapidly changing situation, following guidance from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and our local health authorities. At Banner, our number one priority is the safety and well-being of our employees, families, and communities. With that in mind, we are continuing to deliver the quality service you expect from Banner, while providing for the safety of our employees. We remain open for business, with a large majority of our employees working remotely from home. We have the technology to continue to deliver, our employees are dedicated, and projects will continue as planned to the extent possible. We take these projects on as our own - we feel a deep dedication to our communities, treating each project as a priority, and will continue to deliver.
We are leaning on our core values to guide us through this time. We draw on over 70 years of experience helping our communities navigate through their most urgent and challenging situations. We will do the same for this situation. At the same time, our foremost concern must be personal health and safety - of our communities, our families, our employees, and ourselves. Together we will come back stronger as a company, as a community, and a nation.
