Timberline Addition

The Timberline Addition provides 40 affordable housing lots in Brookings, and a number of market-rate single family housing lots. Alongside topographic and boundary surveys, the Banner team provided conceptual design services and helped with platting and zoning. Later, the team provided final design, bidding assistance, construction contract administration, and final platting services. We are proud to contribute to the Brookings community, and happy to know this addition brings new opportunities for people to make Brookings their home.

Project Details

Banner was involved from the beginning of the project, providing topo and boundary survey, conceptual design services, and assistance with preliminary platting and zoning. After planning and zoning approvals, Banner provided final design, bidding assistance, and construction administration services. Banner also provided final platting services.
