Project Details
For each structure, Banner completed agency and tribal coordination, Section 106 compliance, endangered species act coordination, Section 4(f) and 6(f) compliance, Section 404 of the Clean Water Act coordination and permitting and drafted the environmental notes for the project plans. Deliverables to the South Dakota Department of Transportation included draft categorical exclusion documents for compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act policies, including all supporting documentation for the categorical exclusion, and draft Section 404 permit applications for each individual bridge replacement.
