The development contains mostly single-family homes, along with a limited number of twin homes. With some of the highest elevations in Brookings, the area offers spectacular views of the Big Sioux River Valley. Lots in the development range from affordable to high-end executive style. The most recent phase of development includes 80 acres of new housing, with 42 lots dedicated to affordable housing with funding provided by Tax Increment Financing (TIF).
