Banner has been involved in the design of Prairie Hills Addition since its inception in 2008. This master planned development contains a mixture of single-family homes, twin homes, an apartment building, and a commercial space. When fully built out, the development will include approximately 150 single-family lots ranging from affordable to high-end. Prairie Hills also includes a 46-unit twin home community called "The Landing." The development contains many amenities including a community building for the twin home association, shared common areas, two large ponds, natural wetland areas, and a trail system.
