Scope of Work 1
PROBABLE COST FOR BASE BID: $1,500,000 TO $2,000,000
PROBABLE COST FOR BID ALTERNATE 1: $80,000 TO $120,000
One pump station (constructed on-site);
Pump station building construction consists of precast concrete wall panels, hollow core roof structure, and membrane roofing;
All pumps, piping, fittings, flow meters, transmitters, gauges, combination air valves, pressure relief valves, check valves, and telemetry & control system to provide a complete and functioning pump station;
Two (2) vertical turbine pumps with suction vessels and a third suction vessel for a future pump;
All electrical and mechanical systems including a standby generator;
PVC and ductile iron piping connections on inlet and outlet sides of the pump station including fittings, valves, joint restraints, cathodic protection, and concrete thrust blocking;
Site work including, but not limited to, excavation, fill, grading, access road construction, erosion control, and site top-soiling, seeding and restoration;
Installation and wiring of control panel and communications equipment furnished by Owner’s System Integrator (Micro-Comm, Inc.); and
Clean-up and all other miscellaneous work required, not herein mentioned, but inferred from the construction contract documents.
Bid Alternate No. 1: Furnish and install a third vertical turbine pump and VFD, and all necessary equipment and labor to provide a fully functioning third pump as required by the project plans and specifications.
