Scope of Work 1

The project consists of a 11,000 SF building divided into two parts: (1) 4600 SF garage consisting of architectural precast wall panels and steel joist roof structure with fully adhered EPDM roof system, (2) 6000 SF Admin Building - combination of CMU and structural steel framing with CMU veneer, steel joist roof structure with tapered insulation and fully adhered EPDM roof system. the entire structure shall have concrete footings with slab-on-grade floors. The building is designed for mixed occupancy: B / S-2 Occupancy, Type V-B construction. The site work consists of, grading, parking lot, sidewalk and paved driveways.
