Scope of Work 1
Labor and Materials to remodel the Lobby Area of Unity Health & Fitness.
The undersigned Bidder proposes and agrees hereby to commence the Work of the Contract Documents on a date specified in a written Notice to Proceed to be issued by Architect and shall substantially complete the Interior Lobby Remodel Work by January 26, 2023 and substantially complete the Entrance Door Replacement and Canopy work by May 26, 2023.
