Scope of Work 1
One (1) above-ground pump station;
The pump station will include all pumps, piping, fittings, flow meters, transmitters, gauges, combination air valves, pressure relief valves, check valves, and telemetry & control system to provide a complete and functioning pump station;
The pump station shall include all electrical and mechanical systems;
PVC piping connections on inlet and outlet sides of the pump station including approximately 250 feet of 12-inch watermain, 180 feet of 8-inch watermain, tracer wire, fittings, valves, joint restraints, and concrete thrust blocking;
Site work including, but not limited to, excavation, fill, grading, access road construction, chain link fence construction, erosion control, and site top-soiling, seeding and restoration;
Installation and wiring of control panel and instrumentation system furnished by Owner’s System Integrator (Micro-Comm);
Furnishing and installing a gas fired generator, controls, generator and propane tank concrete pads, and all necessary equipment and labor to provide a fully functioning back-up power supply; and
Clean-up and all other miscellaneous work required, not herein mentioned, but inferred from the construction contract documents.
Bid Alternate No. 1 consisting of the following: Substitute a prefabricated above-ground pump station in lieu of a pump station constructed on-site. Provide and all necessary equipment and labor to provide a fully functioning pump station as required by the project plans and specifications.
