Scope of Work 1
A 2.5 million gallon composite water tower with a height to overflow of 211 feet, including foundation and necessary preparatory work;
Ground floor of water tower will include an approximately 720 sq. ft. process area, including interior piping, valves and fittings;
All mechanical, electrical and control equipment necessary to provide a fully functioning facility;
Site piping including 24” diameter piping, valves and fittings including corrosion protection;
Site work including but not limited to fill, grading and access road construction;
Approximately 435 SY of concrete surfacing and 75 CY of aggregate base course;
Temporary and permanent erosion control, fencing, reclamation and seeding;
Traffic control during construction; and
Clean-up and start-up services, and all other miscellaneous work required but not herein mentioned but inferred from the construction Contract Documents.
