SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION:  07/15/2022  Beresford, SD 

SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION:  10/14/2022 Sioux Center & Hull, IA 

FINAL COMPLETION:  12/02/2022

Sioux Center Meter Building.  This new meter building (constructed on-site) will be located at the site of Sioux Center’s water treatment plant at 921 9th St SE.  The outside dimensions of this building are 24’x31’-4”;
Hull Meter Building Remodel and Addition:  This meter building is located at 204 Division Street in Hull – this meter building will not be operational during this construction project.  The outside dimensions of this building addition are 12’-8”x18’-8”, approximately doubling the size of this building.  The project will include demolition and disposal of existing piping and other existing equipment;
Add Pumps to Beresford Meter Building.  This meter building is located east of Beresford at 47072 298th Street.  During construction, this meter building will remain operational to deliver water to Beresford – construction will include adding mainline booster pumping capabilities for Lewis & Clark’s transmission pipeline to Iowa and a new bridge crane;
The Work includes all piping, fittings, pumps, motors, VFDs, meters, gauges, valves and appurtenances including but not limited to isolation valves, control valves, combination air valves, check valves, chemical feed and storage systems and telemetry & control systems as required at each location;
The work includes all electrical and mechanical equipment and systems, including generators;
Site work includes, but is not limited to:

Excavation, fill, grading, lighting, utilities, access road construction, parking area, fencing and site topsoiling, seeding and restoration;
Ductile iron site piping connections on inlet and outlet sides of the buildings including corrosion protection (galvanic anodes);
Sanitary sewer piping and connections to septic systems; and

Clean up, startup services, and all other miscellaneous work required but not herein mentioned but inferred from the construction Contract Documents.
