What makes you enjoy working at Banner? I appreciate the flexibility. Family and life truly come first, and that’s not a common thing to find anywhere, especially in consulting.
What could you give a 40-minute presentation on with absolutely no preparation? The cultural reset of Taylor Swift’s re-records, otherwise known as “Taylor’s Version.” The music industry will never be the same.
What is something you can never seem to finish? Writing. There’s always another book to write.
What was one of the most interesting/best concerts you’ve been to? I’m incredibly lucky to have gone to several meaningful concerts. Among them: Guster, who performed with the Omaha Symphony, and I was moved to tears. Paul McCartney played in Sioux Falls many years ago, and again: tears. Ed Sheeran is always a blast. Elton John. Billy Joel. Keith Urban. Taylor Swift in 2007 at the Brown County Fair. I told anyone who would listen that she was going to be a very big deal. So, of course: Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour. (LA, Night One: Secret Songs—I Can See You and Maroon—iykyk.)
