What makes you enjoy working at Banner? I enjoy working at Banner due to my fellow employees. I feel appreciated and encouraged daily. Banner, as a respected engineering firm, works on many projects, from small communities to large rural water systems, and I get the pleasure of being able to work on many varying types of projects.

What hobby would you get into if time and money weren’t an issue? Farming / ranching without the worry of money would be an awesome hobby / job for myself.

Why did you decide to do the work you are doing now? I decided to be a civil engineer as I wanted to become part of projects that would last 50 to 100 years and be usable long after I retire / pass away.

What’s the best thing you got from your parents? The best thing I have received from my parents is a strong work ethic and great values in life that drive me to be the best that I can be daily and to continue striving for more.
