What makes you enjoy working at Banner? I enjoy working at Banner because of the positive culture and the encouragement to improve as both a company and individually every day.

What would be your ideal way to spend the weekend? My ideal way to spend the weekend is at home with my family or spending the weekend in a tree stand hunting.

Why did you decide to do the work you are doing now? Civil engineering has always intrigued me because you not only get to work on many different design projects, but it also allows for time to be in the field on projects and not just in the office.

Where do you usually go when you have time off? When I take time off of work, I usually spend it with my family, or I spend my time off going on hunting trips with my wife and my dad.
