What makes you enjoy working at Banner? I like being part of something where the result of our work is for the betterment of a community. I live in a development that I designed. It’s exciting for me to see the neighborhood grow and to know that I was part of that growth.

What is something you think everyone should do at least once in their lives? To travel somewhere outside your comfort zone.

What risks are worth taking? Any risk that makes you a better person is a risk worth taking.

What small gesture from a stranger made a big impact on you? Many years ago, I overheard a statement from a random individual that “being average is boring.” I live by that message every day.
