Banner assisted the City of Beresford with planning and design of the multi-phase housing development project surrounding the Bridges at Beresford Development. The development added 32 residential lots located adjacent to the Bridges Golf Course. The project included street construction, water, sanitary, and storm sewer expansion and site grading. The project had three phases, each with site and utility development for multiple lots. The first phase included 21 lots, the second phase had 32 lots, and the third had three lots and a design of a ditch/channel crossing.
