Approximately 2,500 CuYd of Unclassified Excavation;
Approximately 98,720 SqFt of Cement Treated Subgrade;
Installation of approximately 2,950 tons of gravel base course and 9,565 SqYd of 5” Portland Cement Concrete pavement;
Installation of approximately 685 LF of concrete curb and gutter and 11,505 SqFt of concrete flatwork;
Installation of approximately 160 LF of storm sewer pipe and associated area inlets
Associated topsoil placement, erosion control, pavement markings, removals and traffic control; and
Electrical site improvements including parking lot lighting and security system features.
