Scope of Work 1
BASE BID - Probable Cost: $850,000 to 900,000
Approximately 4,000 CuYd of Unclassified Excavation;
Approximately 72,000 SqFt of Cement Treated Subgrade;
Installation of approximately 1,800 tons of gravel base course and 6,800 SqYd of 5” Portland Cement Concrete pavement;
Installation of approximately 1,100 LF of concrete curb and gutter and 8,000 SqFt of concrete flatwork;
Installation of approximately 275 LF of storm sewer pipe and associated drop inlets and manholes;
Associated topsoil placement, erosion control, pavement markings, removals and traffic control; and
Electrical site improvements including parking lot lighting.
BID ALTERNATE #1 - Probable Cost: $10,000 to $15,000
a. Install approximately 1,700 SqFt of concrete sidewalk
BID ALTERNATE #2 - - Probable Cost: $12,000 to $17,000
a. Remove approximately 225 SqYd of concrete sidewalk
b. Install approximately 2,000 SqFt of concrete sidewalk
