Bidders Please Note: An on-site pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at 10:30am CT in the main floor classroom of the Training Academy. Contact Jeff Wieman, (605) 367-5180, jeffery.wieman@state.sd.us for campus information. Attendance is not mandatory, but it the only time for bidders to reveiw the site. Bidders are responsible for knowing the site conditions prior to submitting bids. The submission of a bid is conclusive evidence that the bidder is satisfied as to the conditions to be encountered and the requirements of the bid, the Plans and Specifications, and the other Contract Documents.
