Scope of Work 1
Approximately 12,214 linear feet of 24” diameter buried PVC or ductile iron pipe. If PVC or ductile iron pipe is selected, only one material type will be allowed for that portion of the project;
Approximately 14,259 linear feet of 16” diameter buried PVC or ductile iron pipe. If PVC or ductile iron pipe is selected, only one material type will be allowed for that portion of the project;
Approximately 222 linear feet of 10” diameter buried PVC pipe;
Approximately 161 linear feet of 8” diameter buried PVC pipe;
Approximately 321 linear feet of 6” diameter buried PVC pipe;
Approximately 33 2” service line live taps;
Approximately 6,095 linear feet of 2” diameter buried PVC service pipe;
Approximately 380 linear feet of 30” diameter jacked or bored highway crossing steel casing pipe;
Approximately 120 linear feet of 20” diameter jacked or bored highway crossing steel casing pipe;
Miscellaneous appurtenances including isolation gate valves and combination air valves (including concrete vaults), direct bury gate valves and blow-off assemblies, service taps and curb stops;
Temporary and permanent erosion control, fencing, reclamation and seeding;
Corrosion protection system components including joint bonding (metallic pipe), tracer wires and tracer wire access boxes, galvanic anodes, test stations, coating and linings, and cathodic protection systems;
Traffic control and haul road maintenance during construction;
Pipeline cleaning via pigging, flushing and hydrostatic pressure testing, disinfection and commissioning; and
Clean up and all other miscellaneous work required but not herein mentioned but inferred from the construction Contract Documents.
