BASE BID:  Worthington Meter Building and MCWC East Meter Building Lump Sum Price  Probable Cost: $1,500,000 to $1,750,000.

BID ALTERNATE:  Worthington Pump Station Lump Sum Price Probable Cost: $2,000,000 to $2,500,000.

Base Bid:  Two new meter buildings (constructed on-site).  One meter building will be located in Worthington, MN and the MCWC East Meter Building at Sioux Falls, SD.  The MCWC East Meter Building will include pumps;
Bid Alternate:  A new high service pump station building (constructed on-site).  The Worthington Pump Station will include pumps and piping;
The new buildings will include all piping, fittings, pumps, motors, VFDs, meters, gauges, valves, generators, and metering appurtenances including but not limited to isolation valves, control valves, combination air valves, check valves, chemical feed and storage systems, and telemetry & control systems;
The new buildings will include all electrical and mechanical equipment and systems;
Site work at the new buildings includes, but is not limited to excavation, fill, grading, lighting, utilities, access road construction, parking area, fencing and site topsoiling, seeding and restoration;
PVC site piping connections on inlet and outlet sides of the buildings including corrosion protection (galvanic anodes);
Sanitary sewer piping and connections to septic systems; and
Clean up and all other miscellaneous work required, not herein mentioned, but inferred from the construction contract documents.
