Installation of approximately 170 LF of 2” diameter water service pipe and appurtenances
Installation of approximately 170 LF of 4” diameter watermain and appurtenances
Installation of a 9’ x 9’ underground precast concrete holding tank
Installation of 12” diameter concrete storm pipe and appurtenances
Installation of approximately 5,500 CY of stripped topsoil
Miscellaneous erosion control measures

Placement of approximately 4,500 yards of stripped topsoil
Installation of approximately 1,700 SY of erosion control blanket
Installation of approximately 800 SY of geotextile fabric
Installation of approximately 500 tons of base course
Installation of approximately 250 tons of salvaged gravel surfacing
Installation of approximately 1,000 SY of 5” Portland Cement Concrete Pavement along with approximately 3,400 SF of concrete flat work
